Manchester Evening News launch their yearly ‘Baby of the Year’ Campaign. A competition that was created to celebrate all those gorgeous little faces, the search was on to find the top tot in the Greater Manchester region!
Our brief was to advertise the new campaign, creating a series of advertisements for the press, including full page adverts, half page adverts, supplement pages and more! We created a series of vector icons to be used as a common background theme throughout the campaign, these included simple icons of baby rattles, teddies, toys, building blocks and all things baby!
We also wanted to play around with photography of cute kids, and sourced some of the most mischievous photographs! We came up with cheeky slogans that babies and toddlers may come out with. So that our media would relate with our target audience in hope the public would enter this amazing competition to win £1000!
